Cancellations / Refunds
THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT; THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT.
Date & Time
Re-Scheduled to 2023 - Saturday, May 20th, 2023 – 2 Sessions (Separately Ticketed - your ticket is only valid for a Single Session)
VIP Session 1: 11:30 am-3:30 pm, Just Entry/General Admission Session 1: 12:30-3:30 pm
VIP Session 2: 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, Just Entry/General Admission Session 1: 6-9 pm
Ticket Information
All Ages are Welcome at Festival, but only those over 21 can drink alcohol - proper ID is required to consume alcohol. Your tickets will NOT be mailed to you, you should bring a printed copy of the email confirmation that you received when you placed your order OR Your Eventbrite App on your phone can be scanned. Will call is at the event entrance on the day of the event, you’ll see signs and tent. Designated Drivers will be offered free water. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
Transportation and Parking Access
There is limited Parking on site for a fee - signage will show you where to park - a ding ding!
Food Options
Wing a Ding Ding Vendors will provide different kinds of wings and fried chicken dishes at each vendor - ONLY Food Tickets will be allowed to get your samples or larger portions, so make sure you purchase them at designated Ticket Stands - some ticket options already include 10 Wing a Ding Ding Food Tickets. VEGETARIAN OPTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED BY SELECT VENDORS. Other food items such as sweets and desserts will be offered for sale at the event - you can purchase these "non-Wing and Fried Chicken" food items directly from those vendors. Pricing for Food Tickets is $1.50+ - Depending on how many tickets you purchase in blocks.
Beer, Cider, Wine, Soft Drinks
General Admission and VIP Tickets include 1 or 2 Drink Tickets, respectively which can be redeemed at Designated Drink Areas for beer, cider, wine, cocktails, soft drinks & Spirits. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY
VIP Area
Includes early access to the Festival (1 hour longer tastings), Private Area, Limited Seating, and Access to all other Festival tents and amenities.
Children
Children are allowed at this event although there are no special areas or entertainment for them. Children 12 and under can attend for free.
NO Dogs/Pets
NO PETS
NO PETS. Service dogs are welcome but must register in advance and onsite upon arrival with all proper documentation.
